Quentin ALWAYS handles his business like a pro. We've been buying bugs from Kimbrell's for about 6 months now. Once a shipment came in with a good number of dead ones (10% is my guess) and he made it right by bumping up the next order. ALSO, he gets the orders out quickly and with care. If it's cold or hot he'll pack and/or ship accordingly to be sure your bugs are safe. My wife, daughter, bearded dragon and I all thank you Kimbrell's.
